Schoolcomms - Communicating with School
You will receive letters and notifications via Schoolcomms.
As part of a TKAT trust wide procurement project, we are very excited to be introducing School Gateway to Shenstone School – a parent engagement app that will allow you to communicate with the school at any time from anywhere.
This will replace ParentPay as our main way of communicating.
All school related communication will go through School Gateway from Monday 5th June 2023. To stay up to date with what’s going on at school make sure you download the app for free.
Just search School Gateway in your App store and download. Please ensure you register on School Gateway as soon as possible.
Your login details will be automatically generated using the contact information Shenstone School already has, so please make sure the details we hold for you are up to date. You can check and change these details by sending an email to:
office@shenstone-tkat.org
Once activated you will receive notifications sent directly to app, emails and text messages from the school; please note the following;
Emails will come from the email address: SC3037001a@schoolcomms.com
Texts will come from number 07507283566
School Payments
Payments will continue to be processed via ParentPay for the rest of this academic year. If you have any questions or would like some more information, please see the School Gateway site here: https://schoolgateway.co.uk/. You can also login to the online version of School Gateway via this site if you do not have a smart phone, although we do recommend using the app if possible as it makes it far easier to get hold of parents when we need to.
Please be aware we currently use an online payment system called ParentPay - https://www.parentpay.com/ for dinner money, school trips, etc. Using a secure website, you will be able to pay online using your credit / debit card.
ParentPay Login details can be obtained from the school office.
ParentPay Activation. Go to https://www.parentpay.com/
Click on the yellow login button
Type in the Username and password provided by school. Once you log in the first time, you will be prompted to change your password. Your login will become your email address.
